All other players briefly froze in place and then a few seconds later I was unable to move. All units, buffs and timers appeared frozen but I was still able to hear the game progressing - player kill anouncements seemed to come through normally and I was able to see other player chats as well. My character was also ganked and killed because I saw the screen FX and sound effects for this happening, but visually I was still frozen in the same exact spot.
Pressing the "Unstuck" or "suicide" options in the pause menu did not cause anything to happen.
This looks like it could have been related to a very brief disconnection from Steam? As several steam notifications popped up for me at once while this was happening.
Attached a video of this occurring. Towards the start a red dot briefly appears in the bottom right of the screen.
