That's right, I can do more than use Midjourney. Although this was originally intended for Overwatch, I think he fits better in Deadlock.
Weapon: Time-crystal staff - a long melee weapon that can fire a wide slow projectile on secondary fire [basically a more precise Rein fire strike]
1: Wraith-Form: Aion opens a portal that sends a spectral alter forward [damaging & silencing] and returning on the same trajectory. Can teleport to the alter's location.
2: Dilation: Aion roots & silences himself as he creates a rift of slowed time around him. Enemies and projectiles inside are significantly slowed.
3: Swap-Watch: Aion throws a projectile that teleports him behind the first enemy it hits [in the original concept, it was Paradox's ult]
4: Shortuct: Aion opens a portal to a parallel dimension that allies can use to become invisible, invulnerable, and significantly increased stamina / speed. Cannot damage enemies from inside the portal.
Backstory: In his timeline physical substances called time-crystals were discovered which could be used for the local manipulation of space-time. Aion is a megalomaniac who wants to perfect the world, but only believes that he has the talent and good taste to do it properly. And so he stopped at nothing [including using and killing his other selves] to obtain every time crystal in every timeline.
