Just a general concept/theme for a character. Not super attached to the name but I can't think of anything better. Feedback is appreciated just don't be mean.
BACKSTORY/VISUAL:
The Knight originates from the medieval period where he fought to protect his kingdom from monsters and evil doers. When he believed a woman was falsely accused and put on trial for witchcraft, he tried to intervene. However, the court claimed he had been charmed by the witch and ordered them both to be burned alive. The woman really was a witch and as they burned she cursed him binding his soul to fire, steel, and anger. With nothing left but rage, The Knight burned anything in his path until there was nothing left of the kingdom he once served before falling into a deep slumber. Now, he's been reawakened and will burn everything that stands before him.
Appearance wise I image him as a set of medieval armor minus the helmet, instead having a ball of fire for a head. He carries a shield (could be a kite shield or something larger, I'm undecided) and a spear made of fire. Joints and gaps in the armor have a soft glow with fire occasionally shooting out.
ABILITIES:
His primary attack would start with a magazine size of one and is just throwing a spear of fire, then reloading to summon a new spear. Slow firing, high damage.
Ability 1: Raise Shield
Raises your shield gaining a barrier and increased resistances. If hit with an ability while this is active, gain those bonuses again, along with additional move speed.
Ability 2: Embodiment of Flame
Unleash fire in a radius around you, dealing damage over time and inflicting a burn on enemies.
Ability 3: Inescapable Fire
Stab forward with a flaming spear, increasing it's size and length. Enemies hit are slowed and pulled toward you.
Ability 4: Explosive Spear
Throw a large spear of fire in target direction, dealing high damage on impact and releasing a small wave of fire in all directions. Possibly Charged Ability.
