Mystic(?) T4 Item
- Aghanim's Scepter inspired item
Grants a special single use T4 ability boon, only able to upgrade abilities already at T3
The item thematically represents a boon from a third, 'outer' patron. (Would it even be called a patron? What are they lol)
Build up either from two preceding spirit items like boundless spirit does, or one weapon and one vitality item so it dips into all trees. (similar to dota aghs)
The build up and total stat bonuses would be nothing special, just basic stat bonuses like extra spirit or enduring vitality. (Maybe a little of everything)
Example of upgrades with Lash's kit
- Ground Strike: allows for an additional follow-up input after landing, performing an uppercut (haha), knocking enemies into the air, maybe some additional CC like stamina loss or disorientation. (and probably a great voice line)
- Grapple: +2 charges, and +1 stamina restored on cast (pretty uninspired could be better)
- Flog: Enemies are yanked towards Lash, the strength of the pull scales with Lash's current airspeed
- Death Slam: Allows for an alt cast, instead pulling the enemies' souls out of their bodies and into the air, leaving their bodies stunned where they were. Slammed souls deal %current HP as damage and heal Lash
Item would be a ton of work though, and add so much to balance; so it's probably impractical, at least at this stage. Still, it's fun to dream!
