After a big update, the game may freeze completely from time to time

Since the update, this has happened at least four times. The pattern I've identified is that you have to be in the hideout and open the Steam Overlay. I'm not sure of the exact moment it triggers, but once it freezes, the only way to recover is to restart the computer

I've had this happen a number of times as well since the 6 hero update. It usually happens in the hideout, but it has happened in the middle of a game as well. In the hideout it's always happened under one of three cases for me.
1: Within 5-10 seconds or so of opening the game (basically while the game is choppy from loading shaders, models, etc)
2: Right after loading into the hero testing area
3: When opening the "play" menu

For the in game case, the match ID is 39377688 and it occurred when I (the Sinclair) walked to the shop at 9:12 in lane.

I am experiencing this as well, very similar setup to Mr Helosen (PC config: Windows 11 / RTX 2080 SUPER / AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D). This also began appearing after the six hero update. There are no logs from the game after the freeze, but I can check the event viewer next time I play.

I would gladly send any information over to the development team if they are curious.
