After playing more than 2500 hours on Win10, I am starting to get a .vpk corrupt file error that crashes my game. This only began after migrating from Win10 to Win11; this was a fresh install - no files were kept/transferred.
In other post it is suggested this is a RAM issue, none of my hardware components have changed, yet the issue has only just begun and is occurring at a high rate, 1/5 games.
Upon crashing, verifying game files stalls at 0%, I have not discovered a way to resolve this. Ultimately, after 10+ minutes, it will begin and quickly complete, only then can I reenter the game, but already get a leaver penalty.
Playing on a high-performance PC at 4k resolution.
