Deadlock, please fix the ban system. My PC isn't good, and sometimes when I just turn it on and want to play Deadlock, I don't load into the hero selection phase, which usually happens like 1/10 times, and when it does happen, I get hit with a penalty? Please fix this. I have no control over whether I get in or not in the hero selection, and it doesn't affect anybody else's rank/game because we didn't even get in; it was the selection.
