I was queued up for a game with a friend. We were stuck in a screen with the loading animation for maybe three minutes and never loaded into the match. We didn't even get to the screen where it shows what character you got. However, it kicked us both then gave me a 15 minute "afk" penalty despite the fact I was not afk, we hadn't even loaded into the match yet. Has this or something similar happened to anyone else? I understand leaver penalties are important but it sucks when you get one for something you didn't even do/ something out of your control.
