Affliction + mystic burst

Hi friends,
Mystic Burst and Improved Burst both do not work with Pocket's reworked affliction

Same bug also applies to Infernus.

Mystic burst works for his burn dot, but doesn't for flame dash.
Improved Burst doesn't work for Burn or Dash.

Mystic burst requires at least 80 damage in a tick and improved burst requires 175. They both work with all infernus abilities but for the burn ones you menitoned you need a lot of Spirit power to actually get that much damage per tick

As for the original bug report, Pocket's ult just doesn't trigger item effects currently, which was added intentionally.

pocked ult specifically does not proc items, which is why escalating isn't particularly good on them. TBF it would be incredibly broken if it did, but yeah, not a bug
