Add Gun Velocity to more gun items

Bullet velocity is a weird stat right now, only gimmick items like express shot and armor piercing rounds has it (and high velocity of course). I remember pristine emblem, which is basically hollow point now. Used to have 35% bullet velocity. Would be nice if hollow point had gun velocity plus fire rate items with speed in their name like swift striker and burst fire.
TLDR
Add bullet velocity to Hollow Point, Rapid Rounds, Swift Striker and Burst Fire.

While I do think having 1/2 more bullet velocity items would be nice, having a generalized item with bullet velocity is a balance problem for those characters with very low bullet velocity (warden/kelvin). Those characters have significantly above average gun damage, but its balanced by their bullets being much harder to hit with.

If bullet velocity was on more than like 3 more items, it'd be a LOT easier for those characters to run wild.
