before starting, dont mind me with the percenage stats (lol) just giving them as an example
Pros:

-Gives the player the ability to manually reload the weapon anytime, once the initial reload has started, and giving augmented firerate/dmg overtime? in a short period of time
-Once the initial reload has started, an active bar will appear and will be showing two areas, depending on where the progress bar has stopped (by pressing reload button again):
1.- If the reload is performed by matching the bar with the white area, it will give +12% firerate up to 3 secs /dmg over time?
2.- If the reload is performed by matching the bar with the solid area (darkest one), it will give +8% firerate up to 2 secs /dmg over time?
Cons:
-15% of total ammount of ammo (magazine)
-when the active reload is triggered but failing to push the reload button within these two areas, the weapon will jam, causing the weapon to reload the magazine all over again and gives +2 secs additional reload penalty
additionally, if the active reload is performed, but he player dont actively press the reload button, it will considered as a normal reload
