If you use hero specific rebinds of keys for your items, then they will still appear as what their old key binds were. I.E. If my first active is bound to "mouse 3" and you use hero specific keybinds on Mo and Krill to make your first active "V", then it will still appear as "mouse 3" in the active slot despite it only activing on a "V" press.
