Access Violations Multiple Per Game

Is this being addressed at all? I see multiple threads with this issue. Game crashes out of nowhere, can play one game with nothing and another will crash 5 times. Tried all different settings... Don't understand how this is the only game to have this happen on.
 
I would attach files but mdmp not supported and my other post where i put them in zip got taken down since zip is not allowed?
 
I have verified files, reinstalled multiple times, not sure what else to do. I've tried a lot of video settings based on other forum posts I've seen but no luck. May be able to play 1-2 games with no issues but then some games it can just close like 5-6 times.
 
I play a dozen other games and it's just weird this is the only one that gives me issues. I would think maybe hardware related but having no trouble in other games is throwing me off.
 
I realise I'm partially necro'ing this post, but what CPU do you all have?

I had this issue myself and I believe it was due to having a 13th/14th gen Intel processor that is known for these kind of issues.
If anyone could confirm or dispute this, please let me know.
 
ok so I got a solution, try at your own risk cause it does reduce your enforcement policies, but if you set your permissions from enforce to permissive, you can avoid the aceess violation problems
 
Another way is to look into the crash reports that steam provides and change some of your local policies to allow ostree to read files etc
