Abyssal Magazine - T4 Weapon Support Item

Simple and elegant upgrade to Titanic Magazine. While there is a reload time penalty, the passive allows you to reload your entire team, which I thought would fulfill a cool niche for weapon-focused team comps. The name and theme fits too, as it could reference "The Adversary" or other deep sea monsters/Lovecraftian horrors.

Is it balanced? I could add a cooldown to the passive and/or make it work without the empty magazine requirement.

Seems VERY weak for a 6400. In the late game, reloading is not usually a concern for most. Has anti-synergy with QSR as well. And a reload time penalty on top of that. Not even that big of an upgrade over titanic magazine.
You would almost always go for a different gun or vitality 6400 over this.

I like the concept of shared reload , but 6400 is indeed a tier too high. What if instead it built from active reload into a 3200 cost item ? You could then share the active reload benefits to teammates in range whenever you successfully activate it. Gun duos / trios with ivy could do some fearsome damage mid game that way.

Should probably grant a large buff alongside the reload for 6400.

Also +15% reload time is actually a REALLY bad nerf with how its phrased. Faster reloads like with Spellslinger uses different language.
