Ability level-up icons not working properly (UI VISUAL BUG VERY CONFUSING)

look video, the AP doesnt get applied properly to the ability that i'm upgrading, sometimes it doesnt apply at all, sometimes it applies to the previously upgraded skill. this is only a visual issue with the ui, the actual ability does get upgraded when it gets clicked.
