This ability (+weapon combo) is inspired by the Marksman Revolver (coin gun) from Ultrakill where it has an infinitely high skill ceiling.
Weapon: Heart & Soul
Half-assed lore: Ixian duel wielding revolvers that originate from somewhere within the Astral Gates
Heart [Right-Click/alt-fire] - Large red revolver that has a slow rate of fire and shoots out explosive rounds that will explode in a small radius if it hits any object/entity standing in its way. Similar to Yamato's alt-fire
Soul [Left-click/Primary fire] - Skinner, smaller and longer blue revolver that has a faster rate of fire and shoots out seemingly normal rounds. Similar to Holliday's revolver
Rough sketch because I can't draw:

Inspiration: Design inspired by the demon Asmodeus that is said to contain multiple heads according to some sources --> which includes a Bull’s head & Ram/Sheep’s head.
It is also Deadlock’s own Abrams (Blue ixian) and Infernus (fiery Red-themed ixian)
Devil's Dice: (apologies if I keep mixing up Dice/Dices/Die/Dies)
Throw a rigged 6-sided dice that will always roll in ascending order if given enough airtime.
If the dice obtains enough airtime to roll a 6 (max), it will transform, revealing its true self and glow a bright blue/purple colour until it falls on the ground.
Dices scale off of charges
It can be shot and melee’d whilst in the air for unique effects
Throwing it in the air:

Close-up:

Shooting it with Soul:
- Shooting the dice when 1-5 is rolled: Will make the bullet enchanted and bounces off the dice onto any enemy within a large radius, dealing [Spirit Damage]. The amount of [Spirit Damage] does not increase with a higher roll (damage shooting at 1 is the same as shooting at 6). The enchanted bullet respects line of sight (LOS).
Singular target:

Multiple targets:

- Shooting the dice when a 6 is rolled: Applies a [1.5s] Curse effect to any enemies within the radius and LOS.

- Dice can be melee'd:
Light melee = goes pretty far
Heavy melee = goes even further

- If multiple dices are in the air, they bounce off each other (from most recent dice thrown --> first dice thrown).
- Combo:
Throw 1st dice -> melee it to go far -> the dice charges up/rolls a 6 -> throw 2nd dice -> shoot 2nd dice which will then chain & ricochet off towards the 1st dice -> Curses targets in that area

The idea is that if enemies are close, use only one dice to deal damage, & if enemies are far, use 2 or more to chain off each other to hit them.
Tier 3 upgrade idea: The Curse effect duration stacks off each other when multiple 6's are in the air.

Shooting it with Heart:
- Shooting the dice when 1-5 is rolled: Explodes in a large radius on the spot, dealing [Spirit Damage]. Does NOT lock on/aimbot like with Soul, enemies actually have to be near to the explosion to receive damage.

- Shooting when 6 is rolled: Even larger explosion + [3s] burn effect

- Combo: (similar to Soul)
Throw 1st dice -> melee it to go far -> the dice charges up/rolls a 6 -> throw 2nd dice -> shoot 2nd dice which will then chain & ricochet off towards the 1st dice -> Burns targets in a radius

Another combo (without T3 upgrade): When 3 dices are in the air

T3 Upgrade idea: Burn effect now deals dmg based off enemy %hp. Similar to Decay
Upgrade ideas: (not complete, no order, just ideas right now because I don't know how balanced it is)
- Previously mentioned T3: Curse effect stacks + Burn effect deals dmg off %hp
- Recharges 1/4th of a charge if dmg from shooting the dice successfully hits the enemy
- Increase max charges by 2
Inspirations:
- Why a (demonic) dice? because it's the closest thing I thought of to a coin. It's small and throwable. Types of heroes that could use this would be something like a street scam artist or a casino owner/gambler. -> fits Deadlock's 1900s NYC theme & bases of the saying how gambling addicts "sold their soul to the devil".
Problems with weapon & ability:
- Too complex to add into Deadlock, especially for casuals?
- Just really hard/complicated to implement
- Nightmare to balance
Pros: Fun(!!!!) & rewarding to learn as a fan of movement shooters like Ultrakill.
