[Ability Concept] Veil Wall

This ability could be implemented as either an ultimate or a regular ability,

Regular ability concept: activate to shoot out a wall that's about the size of a fully upgraded paradox wall, but intstead of it being a physical wall that stops bullets, its a veil wall that your team can see through (both sides), but the other team can see through neither side. The upgrades of this ability could give your team bonuses when they walk through it (like move speed buffs and slight healing), or it could give bigger bonuses for getting a kill through the wall or something. The upgrades could look like T1: walking through the Veil Wall gives you a temporary speed boost, T2: Reduces cooldown by 15 seconds, T3: getting a kill through the Veil Wall gives you a big heal.

So the overall ability could look like
Veil Wall,
45s Cooldown
Disappears after 20 seconds
T1: Speed boost when walked through (Scales slightly with spirit)
T2: Cooldown reduced from 45s to 30s
T3: Getting A kill through the Veil Wall gives you a 500hp heal

Obviously, the details and exact times for cooldowns would be tweaked, but the second idea i had was.
Ultimate Ability Veil Wall:
Essentially the same, but as an ultimate instead, also instead of being a limited-sized wall, it would span the entire map, similar to Paige's ultimate or like Symettra's ultimate from Overwatch, then the speed and health kills could be integrated normally, and the ability overall could look like this:

Veil Wall
85s cooldown
Moving through the Veil Wall grants a temporary speed boost (scales slightly with spirit power)
Getting a kill through the Veil wall grants you a 250hp Heal
Disappears after 25 seconds
T1: +10s duration
T2: -15s cooldown
T3: +50hp through Viel Kill, grants spirit scaling

Personally, I like this idea more as an ultimate because I think that you could do a lot more with it from a game design standpoint. I pitched this idea to a friend who said that it would be "underwhelming" as an ultimate so thats why the alternative for a regular ability is there. This is my first time really suggesting anything for Deadlock, so I don't know if any of this would be way too overpowered or unrealistic from a coding standpoint, but I would love feedback!
