Ability 3 state unclear based on keybind display

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play the game in Hero or Lane training as Infernus or Haze
2. Unlock ability 3

Result:
Ability 3 bound key is displayed before unlocking ability, then disappears after unlocking, likely due to passive nature of the ability. Bound key is also not displayed for other kinds of those abilities in Heroes menu.
