Abandon Match penalty despite reconnecting

Due to my rather Lack luster internet connection I have had the displeasure of my Internet randomally cutting out upon reconnecting and actually winning the match I was promptly banned for a whole day and put into low Priority.

I find this a bit unfair and hope there to be a fix or im not sure what really.
