This is the second forum post I’ve made regarding this issue. I’ve experienced multiple crashes during queue, and when I try to reconnect, I’m unable to load into the match. As a result, I log back in only to find that I’ve been banned. I previously received a 24-hour ban for this, and tonight after playing a couple of games without issue, it happened again in my last match — resulting in another 24-hour ban.
I’m not necessarily expecting any specific outcome, but this is my favorite game right now, and it’s really upsetting to be penalized for something that seems to be a technical issue outside of my control. I would really appreciate any help or investigation into this matter.
