A few CC ideas

Item Improvement -

1) Knockdown: Target loses 1 Stamina if airborne. Target loses 2 Stamina if on ground. -12% Stamina recovery for 3 sec.

Note: Silence Wave had been improved with causing a flat 100 Spirit Damage. It's an AoE line attack that can be used to snipe and kill low health opponents. There's no item in game that affects Stamina, only a few abilities. The Stamina Recovery penalty counters Extra Stamina like how Weighted Shot (-20% Stamina Recovery) counters Stamina Mastery (+20% Stamina Recovery). Slowing Hex only affects Movement Speed and Dash.

New CC Ideas -

1) Weak Aura, Spirit Item, lvl 2, Rank 1: Passive Stat Bonus: +5% Spirit Resist. Passive: Reduces nearby enemies' Ability Cooldown, Duration, and Range by 10%, 15m radius.

Energy Vampire, Spirit Item, lvl 4, Rank 2: Passive Stat Bonus: +10% Spirit Resist. Passive: Reduces nearby enemies' Ability Cooldown, Duration, and Range by 15%, 15m radius. Activate: Emit a wave of negative energy around you. Any enemy hit temporary loses 25 Spirit Power & -20% Stamina Recovery for 8 sec. and grants you +15 Spirit Power & 3% Spirit Amp per enemy affected. Range: 15m radius. Duration: 10 sec (improved by Spirit Power).

Note: There's nothing that negativity impacts Ability utility stats. This is modeled after Hunter's Aura in effect and Debuff Reducer in performance. While Energy Vampire follows along the lines of Capacitor, Spirit Snatch, and Escalating Exposure. By borrowing just a little bit of each into 1 item for a temporary effect. Remember that a penalty is greater then stacking bonuses.
