A couple support melee items

These are pretty nice concepts! I would just tune down the healing, specially because the cooldown is way too low.

Pat on the back:

25 Healing for Light Melee attacks
50 Healing for Heavy Melee attacks

20 second cooldown for both.

For instance, McGinnis healing deals 150 healing and has a 48 second cooldown.

Comradarie:

I would reduce the healing for 75 healing that scales with melee damage. (Paige would adore this item since her melee damage increases with Spirit Power.) I would probably get rid of the buffs like ability duration and range, because that seems a bit overkill. For example, you would be essentially giving your allies 2200 souls with only these stats.

The healing is too much, you're right. Your numbers seem good.
 
That's an interesting topic. Supportive melee items is a good idea.

Your items reminded me about Disciplinary Action from TF2. That melee item gives both you and teammate bonus movement speed on-hit.

As the man higher said, bonuses for ability stats are too much for item and ability to scale would be good, but maybe it could scale with Spirit Power? It's unlikely that some gun carry or melee brawler would have support item like this. It can be a different story, if we could have a bunch of melee-based support items. But now, we don't have things like that.
 
You know, back in TF2 I really wanted to see a medic melee weapon, some organ transplant tool sort of thing, that would steal hp + apply bleeding to the target, and then medic would be able to melee their teammates to grant them the stolen healing. I believe my idea combined with your concept would work great in this game.

-Melee will grant you a stack of 25 healing that can be transplanted to your teammates
-Heavy melee will grant you a stack of 40-50 healing
-Stacks are lost when parried
-4 stacks max
Then there will be a T3 upgrade that will improve on these stats

It will introduce a new and dynamic playstyle for support characters, but frontliners will also be use to it to assist their team.
