I investigated this and it seems to be cheats. here are some timestamps.
09:26 does a weird 360 while looking down. could be visual bug but that is not normal movement.
13:40 does weird 360 again.
20:25 does a 90 degree flick with ulti on target off screen.
35:28 she still shoots people with perfect aim while blinded by Drifter ult. This is the dead giveaway for me.
