60 FPS limit bug - No Vsync enabled (SOLVED - AMD Adrenaline issue)

GPU: 9070XT
CPU: Ryzen 9 9900x
RAM: 16gb




I capped it at 144 previously, was working last time I played, around the release of Venator.
No Vsync, only AMD Adrenaline, GCC and Steam open.

I have tried cycled through the Window Modes as well. Anyone else experiencing this after recent updates?

Solved: AMD Adrenaline decided to change from "Global Experience" to "HYPER-RX Eco" at some point.
