5-Day Ban due to Connection Bug

Hi, I just got a 5-day ban because the game keeps disconnecting me right when a match starts. I thought I had fixed my internet issues, but it happened again today. The game doesn't let me cancel the search, so it counts as a leaver penalty.

Same thing happened to me, exept I got a 1 day ban and day after that I had to afk for 5 minutes because of an emergency and after that it went up to 5 days. The strange thing was that I reconected to the game and it had leaving match is permited without a penalty on the top so I assumed someone left before me because there was a dude griefing the whole game but in the end I got banned.
