I tabbed back in to the game just as I got the match found chime.
Then the queue failed (I assume), I was shown the previous match SB and given a temp ban.

I did not abandon a match, I don't use a VPN, and I play off a wired connection in eastern USA.
I saw people saying this is a reginal thing, and so far this is the first time it has happened.
I feel this might be related to the other failed requeue posts but i was never given an option to requeue.
The previous match screen gives me pause as well.
This is confusing and i hope it gets fixed as it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident.
