I am appealing an undeserved ban received on 12/12/2025. The ban was issued because I could not connect to a match after getting stuck in the Doorman ultimate animation in the waiting room. When the game failed to load me in, I restarted, but I was repeatedly kicked back to the lobby without being able to join the active session until the match was canceled, resulting in the ban. This was a technical connection failure beyond my control. I request you check the server logs for my IGN EDRAVEL
