Bug: Acquired 5 active items, although only 4 were usable.
Hero: Kelvin
What happened: I was offered Vampiric Burst at the start of Round 4. I attempted to replace Healing Nova with Vampiric Burst. When I took Vampiric Burst, it turned my Healing Nova into a Healing Rite. It still let me pick Vampiric Burst and I was stuck having 5 total active items: Healing Rite, Split Shot, Phantom Strike, Capacitor, and Vampiric Burst
Note: During Round 1 I did upgrade Healing Rite into Healing Nova but not sure if that's relevant.
