Before most recent patch, debuff removers 30% resistance was enough to let you parry abrams straight after he charges and stuns you. Despite no changes being made to Abrams Charge Stun duration, and no changes mate to debuff remover this is no longer possible. It actually seems that 30% debuff resistance does not affect the stun duration of abrams charge anymore, but it does affect it once you are >30% debuff resistance. After some testing, 30% debuff resistance only alters the stun time of abrams charge only if you are Ivy.
