24h Ban + Low Priority Queue After Spectating (Need Help)

Hi, I need help.


I was watching a match as a spectator, and when the game ended I suddenly got hit with a 24-hour ban and was placed in a low priority queue. I wasn’t playing, didn’t leave a match, and didn’t do anything intentionally.


Could a moderator please check what happened and help me understand why this penalty was applied (and if possible remove it if it’s a mistake)?
