Hi,
During a recent match, my power went out unexpectedly and I lost connection to the game. As soon as my power/internet was restored, I immediately tried to reconnect, but I was unable to rejoin the match.
As a result, I received a 24-hour ban. This was not intentional abandonment, and I made every effort to return as quickly as possible.
I would really like to resolve this situation and be able to return to playing normally. If there is anything I should do or any information I can provide to help review this case, please let me know.
I understand that the system may be automated, but I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance.
