2 HOURS on queue and no match

Just spent 2 HOURS in queue with a friend and didn't find a match. I feel like it should be a huge priority for the team to fix the matchmaking. I took a print at around 100 minutes in queue. The worst part is, when we find a match, it's usually very one sided, either the game is very, very easy, or it's a game where the other team is composed of people that never had a job in their lives, it sucks to wait 1 or 2 hours in queue just to get into a bad game.

From what I can tell and am gathering is they changed the way per-made parties are handle in match making. I typically solo queue and my matches have been much, much better since the update. I've played like 5-6 matches, and they all were fairly balanced and lasted roughly 30-40 minutes with 1-2 big team fights near the end really deciding the outcome.
