2 hour ban when the game wouldn't connect me to the match

I was in queue with a friend when they said they got into a match but I was still stuck in queue. I restart my game and apparently the match was terminated and I received a 2 hour ban.

Can this please be reversed somehow? Can I have my ban lifted?
 
my first ban cleared up and i played one match yesterday, queued up today, match seemed like it was loading up like normal, then i was back in the lobby with a ban for abandoning said match, EVEN THOUGH THE GAME BOOTED ME FROM A MATCH I DIDN'T GET TO JOIN. this is a game breaking ux issue devs NEED to fix.

I'm seeing quite a lot of posts about this right now here on the forums. I'd hope there's a hotfix for this soon.
 
I haven't ever left a match on purpose or even for a long time. Every one of my bans has been a disconnect at the VERY beginning (like loading into game) and then rejoining when back on the zipline. I really hope this doesn't make it so the next time this happens I get banned for a day... I wish there was some way to appeal these bans
