when apr procs, its resist ignoring property also works on headshot booster and headhunter damage
another separate bug is that apr piercing through property doesnt allow hollow point to proc its resist reduction on the targets hit by the pierced round (the first target will have resist reduction, the 2nd wont) - its the only on hit item i found that doesnt work with that. build up ones (inhib, silencer slowing bullets toxic etc.), ssb and its upgrade as well as even weakening headshot all work on targets hit by a round that had already pierced someone with apr, but hollow point doesnt.
