Yes that's a flat range increase. My intention is for that to increase the diameter of circular effects not the radius, and for it to be multiplied by other range increases, as I think beserker's bonus ammo is.
 
I love the idea of being able to spend ammo as a resource and somewhat hp as well. For Overstuffed Pockets I think the cooldown on regaining shield should be increased to 5 or 6 seconds, so it rewards reloading as opposed to reloading to be rewarded. I feel like Earth Eruption should be tier IV or have the base damage increases reduced. In the Zone I feel should be a tier IV; I like it a lot and feel like it shouldn't be nerfed (it should for some characters). Carefree should be reduced to 10% on Vyper. Maybe Manifest Cube could have a little less spirit mult, I like the concept of being able to freely create cover though. Perhaps a slightly smaller radius on Acid Rain, but an early farming item is a fun addition. Could you give more clarification on the movespeed reduction for Null Space and how the bullets used on Ka-Blamo! converts to damage?

Great comments! The Null Space movement restriction is just that your movement is the same as when in ethereal shift. It didn't define the movement speed so I don't know what it is, and couldn't define to for Null Space. The Ka-Blamo total damage is the total damage of all the bullets. How much damage does 1 bullet do? Let's say 6. How many bullets are you shooting? Let's say 5 for a total ammo of 50. Well then it's 30 damage.

Edit: about the increased slide speed, I think that should have a reducing multiplier like most other increases in the game. So 2 +50% increases makes +75%.

Tbh I thought Ka-Blamo would be broken but its pretty valid for early and I think it would scale functionally throughout the game. I figured Null Space would be like Ethereal Shift, but I wasn't sure. For the slide speed I was just saying that Vyper has more than enough broken mobility and should not receive increased mobility, but the idea of a reducing multiplier is good!
 
It occured to me that "in the zone" would get you out of combo and singularity. This is not the intention. Instead of intangible it should say immune to damage.
