This would be a T4 Spirit Item that you would imbue on 1 spell specifically that would have additional spirit shred (X>10) and no other shred for any other spell. I don't know the exact amount as I am not a designer but it would be the sister item to Escalating Exposure. It could do something as well beside what stated above ie. providing different stats or another effect. What do you guys think?
