unfortunately the 2 t3 only applies once you use jumpstart, the 50% debuff clear is just not working right now too (and not in the tooltip...)

Lot of hud issues recently this is one of the worst.... If you know how to refund ability points it wont visually show you refunded them either so it makes you think you have points in something you may not
