If you are stunned or otherwise CC'd and die on Dynamo while mashing your Quantum Entanglement, it will go off immediately upon respawning. Thankfully it has a low CD so it's typically up again by the time you get back to lane. Edit: will add matchid and time when I have time to check my replays
