It could make headshots do bonus damage during that duration. It could be a nice support item. Perhaps the cooldown of the active could scale with spirit? Make it a T2 item?

I have never changed ranks on League of Legends by doing absolutely nothing. I know that's a thing in challenger, that's for sure. I suspect how they calculate elo and predicting winstreaks is completely off. There is many evidence and claims come from all levels of skill.
