Adding to this, I just got the same bug in my match: 35292048 It was also the movement buff on just one side of the map. afaik I was the only one seeing it. I didn't see the other team try to hit it and I asked my party if they saw it and they said they could not.

I think balancing around multiple playstyles is definitely the right choice and I love the idea of a holiday hitting a standoff "fan the hammer" against another player/team.

But does the shine send up or down? Joke aside, fun concept! Love the stealing items idea.

I've had the same issue but opposite. It always seems to be turning back on after I've turned it off.

Love this idea! I was just thinking about how I miss multi unit heroes from Dota. My fav character was Chen in Dota. I would love to get an army of some sort built up, sounds so fun.
