Briefly at the very start of the math on the upper left area of the screen it will show the 2 banned characters, it's likely a lot of people have graves set to avoid since she is one of the strongest in the game right now

Me and multiple of the people I play with have had this occur to us, and queued into games that don't start since it is happening to people who would've been on the enemy team. I don't think any of us have been banned for it though

Saw this clip in the deadlock discord, match ID 71471191. In the clip you can see the enemy team ends AM's first phase, and then their minions do the same to the HK. However rather than pushing both into their second phase, the game ends prematurely and gives the win to the dead team entirely...

this happened to me twice and multiple matches i queued into were abandoned before the match initiated due to multiple people not connecting, though i didn't get any penalty for it

Got stake'd in the middle of leaping slash but it wouldn't let me do anything until stake ended so it could end the leaping slash. Match ID is 69394429

Used counterspell on anvil and he also threw a cart at the same time which also got counterspelled. I then get stunned a second later because of the cart hitting a wall even though I counterspelled it.
