happened at around 20 minutes. the creep was deep underground and we didnt have any large enough aoe to reach him, so we had to give up pushing blue altogether
i have the option to pick which slot to put the active in enabled, it might be related.
at the beginning of the next round (item picking) the active shows up in active slots as it should, but for the round you get it as a "bonus" its not usable, not in any of the active slots

if you get an assist it doesnt appear at all. the "+1" is the misleading part, its always +3 and it doesnt refer to bloodscent as "stacks of weapon damage" anywhere, but just "weapon damage". So it doesnt make sense to have "bloodscent stacks" as amount of kill/assist...
