A hard punish for melee heroes that dive in, and a "get off me or pay" button for less-mobile heroes. Twice as much escape time as Warden's cage and Geist ult casting range means that it should hopefully not be too abusable.

To directly quote Riposte's description:
"On a successful deflection, briefly become invulnerable, before performing a dash forward that stuns an enemy and reduces their Melee Resist."
A skill that lets you do a dash forward should be blocked by Slowing Hex.
