The camera remains in the zoomed out position, meaning the centre of the screen is blocked by the character model and right-clicking to zoom is blocked significantly by Mo.
Had this happen like 80% of the time I used burrow in match recently. Can't see and shoot your target at the same time and the only way to fix it is to use burrow again, which takes like 30 seconds or more.
I Had a similar instance after burrowing as well last match. Almost every time unburrowing the crosshair would be right over Mo. mine was not zoomed in though, just off center.
