Ivy's Stone Form causes the camera to zoom out while spectating which persists after respawn

I was spectating Ivy after my death and when she used her 3rd ability (stone form) it zoomed out the camera, and that persisted after the ability end and even after I respawned. It messes up with shooting, the bullets dont go where your crosshair is (works fine if you are zoomed in with right click). I got it fixed after I used 2nd ability as Lash

I assume this spectator bug can be reproduced with any ability that zoomes out the camera

This is what the Ivy see's as well in my experience, occasionally coming out of Stone Form the camera just stays zoomed out, misaligning where I'm shooting from my crosshair, very frustrating.
Stone Forming again is the only thing that fixes it. I assume her ult might fix it as well but I don't know how to replicate it to test it.
