Youtube Channels uploading gameplay, is this legal?

I've found multiple youtube channels that are uploading a lot of Deadlock gameplay. That shouldn't be allowed, right?

I must have missed the ice skating mechanic in the tutorial...

It's probably best if we playtesters ignore the leaks. We're meant to form our own opinions of the game, right?
