I had to go afk before, dc'd for a few minutes and ended up getting a ban. Still reconnected and won but I deranked regardless.
Not fussed about my derank at all but it does mean if this ever happens again I have no reason to even try to play and help my team win. Might as well just dc from the game and take the ban earlier so you get unbanned earlier too. Leaving my team to tank the loss. I think some kind of incentive to coming back and still playing even if you dc'd for too long would be good.
Just think it should work slightly differently as to prevent games being unnessicarily ruined by players getting dc'd but still being able to come back.
Just my 2 cents tho, what do you guys think?
