Yoshi, you owe me a new OLED display

In terms of OLEDs, you should definitely document your case and post info about it elsewhere like youtube or a tech forum such as techpowerup, level1techs, ltt.


Game UI wise, it is 20206 and it would be kind of games to implement OLED UI optional settings,
considering how popular OLED have become.
 
I have the Alienware AW3423DW Ultrawide OLED monitor using the 1000nits mode with boosted contrast since Deadlock doesn't have proper HDR support which help makes it pop, and I've been playing Deadlock for about 150hrs over the past 2 months and I can already see signs of slight burn in from the White Health Bar and the White Ability Icons! And yes, I use all the anti burn in features to prevent it.

PLEASE Deadlock UI Devs, give us options to PREVENT BURN IN on OLEDS such as a "dark mode" that gets rid of the pure white static UI elements or better yet let US choose the colors of the UI static elements!

The UI can also hide or become transparent whenever a player doesn't engage in fights. God of War 2018 and God of War: Ragnarok have this feature. The colored lane lines could also strobe whenever there is activity on the map, such as when the enemy pushes a lane. Other than that, it can remain darker than usual.

I have the same problem on the Gigabyte MO27Q28G after playing 50 hours only distributed over 2 months. The weird thing is that I didn't have any visible marks after playing 300 hours of Counter Strike, which also has white static elements. I noticed that the white tones are a little different, which must be the reason I guess. I played on 50% brightness or even less in both games. @Yoshi please forward this issue to the team, because I'm scared to play before it's fixed.
