Yamato's Flying Strike NO JUMP Bug

Match ID 1313967, bug happens around 25:20

If you die while channeling Yamato's Flying Strike, you'll lose the ability to jump, your reticle won't show up and your shots won't produce visual effects (but still hit)

You can get out of this state by casting Flying Strike again

Just had the same bug in Match ID 2884695 (minute 11 to 15)

I had the same issue happen now, but it wasn't caused by dying but by getting stunned by wraith while channeling my ult. Had the same issue where I lost my crosshair couldn't jump etc, BUT dying/using all my abilities didn't resolve the issue so I was useless for the rest of the game.
