Yamato's flying strike keybind always reverts to ability default on client restart

Whenever I restart the client, Yamato's flying strike will always revert to "Ability Default" rather than whatever I set it to. Instant cast, quick cast, confirm cast doesnt matter, it always reverts to ability default. This is the only hero I have this issue on, all other heroes my keybind settings save as normal and persist through restarting the client.
